Braidwood Arts Centre - Energising
Monday 6.00 - 7.15am
This 75 minute class is dynamic and energising. We work on everybody part, look at some more advanced yoga poses and setting the mind for the week ahead.

Summerfield Retirement Village - Seniors
Monday 9.00 - 10.00am
This 60 minute class is practiced in chairs. Classes are available to suit your needs and every body. Improve balance to prevent falls, create more mobility, flexibility for better joint health, strength and enhance respiratory health to help with better breathing.

Braidwood Arts Centre - Mums and Bubs
Monday 11.30 - 12.45pm

A yoga session for mums and babies, trying something new! The idea is that we can stretch and can do floor exercises with bubs rolling about too. Hope to see you there for a catch up and some self care!

Braidwood Arts Centre - Holistic
Monday 4.00-5.15pm
This 75 minute class at 4pm Monday afternoon aims to stretch, strengthen and restore.
Each week we will be a progression on the previous week to enhance our practice – physically, mentally, energetically. There will be take home notes for you if you would like to continue practicing over the week. Learn how you can bring more energy, balance and harmony to your being.
This class can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level.

Braidwood Arts Centre - Balancing
Monday 6.30-7.45pm
This 75 minute class incorporates gentle flowing movements and steady postures from a combination of traditions. Physical poses are practiced to release tightness and tension in the body, breathing practices to bring balance to the mind and nervous system, relaxation and meditation to create peace of mind, focus and clarity. Classes aim to develop and balance all aspects of one’s being – body, mind, emotions and psyche. They can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level.

Braidwood Arts Centre - Yogi's Choice
Friday 2-3.15pm
This unique class is 'Yogi's Choice!' Meaning at the start of the class you can bring whatever you would like to work on - physically, mentally, emotionally and I will theme the class around that.
If nothing comes to mind, no problem, you can just flow along with us. Even though the class's theme will be a mystery til the class itself we will work every part of the body through an array of asana, pranayama and meditation techniques.
