Overwhelmed. Stressed. Anxious. Worried. This time of year, is renown for being the most stressful time. Daylight hours are increasing, energy is rising, everyone wants to tie off loose ends, things are coming to their peak - externally and internally.
With so much going on it can be easy to spread ourselves too thinly, to try to be ‘everything’ for ‘everyone.’ The result, overload, overwhelm, struggling to keep your head above water.
This retreat is about creating space and providing yourself with tools of support so you can navigate through your day and the 'silly season' calmly.
Essentially giving yourself a life jacket so that you can ride the waves with ease.
With the practice of movement, breathing, meditation and writing we'll delve into overwhelm – the cause, triggers, feelings, emotions, hormones and ways to overcome this experience. Morning tea included $35
